Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ:ERTS) today announced that the Grammy award-winning rock band Linkin Park will headline the in-game soundtrack for Medal of Honor™ with the lead song to their new album A Thousand Suns (releasing on September 14). The song, entitled “The Catalyst,” will be featured in an exclusive trailer directed by the band’s Joe Hahn. The trailer is a unique first-of-its-kind mix of live footage and intense modern military action from the Medal of Honor game and will be released exclusively on August 1 at http://www.medalofhonor.com/linkin-park. The soundtrack to the highly anticipated Despicable Me is available today on Star Track/Interscope Records.  The CD features new music by Pharrell, Robin Thicke, Destinee & Paris, and others, plus a pair of classics from The Bee Gees ("You Should Be Dancing") and The Sylvers ("Boogie Fever").

A new landing page and widget, which feature audio snippets and buy links from the Kick-Ass motion picture soundtrack have been revealed. The KICK-ASS soundtrack album opens with “Make Me Wanna Die,” the first official commercial release by new Interscope recording group The Pretty Reckless. The band is fronted by singer-songwriter Taylor Momsen, who is also one of the stars of CW’s hugely popular TV series, Gossip Girl. The release of The Pretty Reckless debut album on Interscope is slated for this Summer. Make sure to catch The Pretty Reckless on the 16th annual Vans Warped Tour 2010 for its two-month trek, running through August 15th. 

Sterling Knight (of Disney Channel's hit series "Sonny With A Chance") and Danielle Campbell ("Prison Break") star in "StarStruck," a music and adventure-filled Disney Channel Original Movie about Hollywood pop star Christopher Wilde who, after unexpectedly meeting Jessica Olson, a down-to-earth girl visiting from the Midwest, is faced with either following his heart or doing what's best for his glitzy career. The movie also stars Brandon Mychal Smith ("Sonny With A Chance") and Chelsea Staub (of Disney Channel's "JONAS"). Filmed in Los Angeles at landmark locations including Hollywood Boulevard, Sunset Boulevard, the Hollywood Sign and Grauman's Chinese Theater, "StarStruck" premieres SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 14 (8:00 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney Channel.

Conan O'Brien is being bullied by NBC executes to try and switch time slots, but Conan isn't having it. He released the following statement expessing his thoughts:

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are not dating; Pattinson tells Vanity Fair "I've literally been across the country [from Kristen], and it's like, 'Oh, they were on secret dates!' It's like, 'Where? I can't get out of my hotel room!". The issue will be on newsstands November 4th in New York and Los Angeles.

The Kings of the Sunset Strip, Steel Panther, have just released two exclusive videos from their visit to Billboard.com. The first clip is a Q+A with the band interspersed with an acoustic performance of "Girl From Oklahoma". When talking about Feel The Steel, the band's new album, lead singer Michael Starr said "When you hear the title, Feel The Steel, you're going to feel some stuff you probably weren't used to feeling before, and that's the feeling of heavy metal going through your loins".
